Access and nature of the service

You must be at least 18 and meet any higher age requirement in your country. Minors may not use the service. Characters are fictional and planned interactions are AI-generated; they do not represent a relationship with a real person or professional advice. Creating an account does not activate a subscription or guarantee future features.

Current availability and purchases

Registration lets you view planned plans. Private features require enabled access, and generation and payment APIs are not connected yet. No charges are made. Before payments open, total prices and taxes, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, credit terms and customer support will be disclosed. Registration does not waive consumer rights. Withdrawal rights and exceptions depend on the specific supply; there is no automatic waiver for all digital content.

Prohibited uses

• Content involving or depicting minors, including fictional or age-ambiguous characters.
• Impersonation, non-consensual intimate depictions of real people, harassment, exploitation and disclosure of private data.
• Bypassing age, security or payment controls; accessing other accounts; introducing illegal content or infringing third-party rights.

Reports and changes

You can report problems, request content removal or exercise your rights at info@iapvision.com. Include the URL or reference and your reason; do not forward illegal imagery. Abuse restrictions must be proportionate. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before taking effect where required. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
