AI transparency
VirtualMatch is a fictional AI character service. Reference images are not proof of identity or evidence that a real person is available. Future chats will identify AI interaction, and synthetic content must be labelled as applicable. Article 50 of the AI Act sets transparency duties; a notice alone does not replace applicable technical duties.
Minors and age verification
The service is for adults aged 18 and over. This version records a declaration, not documentary or independent verification. Before explicit material is enabled, suitable age controls must be implemented for the countries served, with data minimisation. A checkbox alone does not ensure compliance throughout Europe. Do not email identity documents.
Consent and illegal content
Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate impersonation and rights-infringing uses are prohibited. Generation tools are not connected in this version. Enabling them requires effective input and output controls, reporting and removal processes and compatible provider terms. Pending measures are not represented as operational.
